The Officers and Committee extend a warm invitation to anyone interested in training, working or competing with their dogs to join us.
- Your application must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up members of the Club and the form signed or accompanied by an email from them confirming their willingness to do so. However, if you have problems finding a proposer or seconder, please contact the Membership Secretary whose contact details are on the application form.
- Please return the completed application form and send it to the Membership Secretary either by email or post. Your application will be acknowledged and then considered by the Committee.
- Upon acceptance you will be sent an email with a membership reference number, a standing order form (if requested) and details of how to pay the joining fee and annual membership subscription.
- Where possible, we would appreciate members setting up an automatic subscription renewal for 1st March each year.
- Links for our Constitution and Data Protection Statement are at the bottom of this page. Club rules relating to Gundog Working Tests and Field Trials can be found on our website under the relevant sections. Competitive entries can be made by email, hard copy or on FTMS.
Please note, that in order to save costs, all Club correspondence is sent out by email unless you specifically request, in writing, to receive hard copy. In addition to the website, we also use our Facebook page to update members and would recommend joining the group.
Subscriptions are due annually on 1st March regardless of when your membership was approved in the previous financial year.
Joining fee: £5 plus the appropriate annual subscription
Single: £10
Juniors (up to 16): £5
Gamekeeper or Retired Gamekeeper: £5
Non UK: £15
- Membership will be deemed to have lapsed if the annual subscription were not received by 30th April.
- Lapsed members who wish to rejoin will need to pay the joining fee in addition to their annual subscription but a proposer and seconder will not be necessary.
Members’ details are all entered on the EGC Database. To keep this as accurate as possible and to ensure you continue to receive Club correspondence, please let the Membership Secretary know of any changes.
